This aerobic form of exercise helps lungs and heart to be healthier and work better for longer. Bike riders live longer than those who never use biking as a workout. It’s good for all ages and it is affordable if compared to other types of sports. Moreover, one can combine riding a bike with travelling, taking the bike anywhere. It’s a green and safe way to commute to work, it saves lots of money that one would otherwise spend on gas and it’s a time saver as well. Commuting to work, to and from the office, once saves time on visiting fitness centers or lifting weights at home. If biking were more popular, society would have much fewer problems.
